Within 6 months of average wear, the belt will begin to snap and rip holes. The veneer cracks and looks cheap. I definitely expected better. Wouldn't buy again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Florsheim should be ashamed to call this belt leather. Just look at the photos everyone else is posting.

The belt looks good but runs about two sizes too small (as others have noted in their reviews). I will be returning it for this reason.

This is my second or third pair of Florsehim and by far the nicest. The leather is supple yet durable and has a beautiful black satin sheen that goes 99% with black dress shoes. One star is missing as the buckle compresses the leather belt a bit and I'm a bit worried about durability at this point. They rise by a small margin, so buy them in your actual waist size with confidence. All in all a pleasant purchase.

I like the strap but wish they were more accurate in terms of width. It looks more like 34.5mm wide than 32. And I bought it to replace a 34mm belt that was too wide for a couple pairs of pant loops. So I got a nice new belt that doesn't fit the loops it was bought for.

Based on all the other reviews it runs small and to order a size up I have - and this was a mistake. I have a solid 34" waist and I usually buy 36" straps but based on reviews I bought the 38" straps which for me are big enough to go through all the holes and not leave a single snag when they are wrapped around my waist.
