Toothbrush heads are great at this price! Highly recommended. A toothbrush holder/stand is also a must so you can keep them away from a dirty bathroom countertop. Cleans well but would not recommend for people with sensitive gums. The first few brushings were painful and then the pain went away, so I didn't really think about it until I noticed my gums were bleeding every time I brushed my teeth. I switched to soft bristles and haven't had any problems since. Oral-b offers some good tips that won't work for you.

Not sure where this vendor got them from. I received three separate cards wrapped together with no markings other than Oral B. This is definitely not a thread action as stated in the description. They don't even have the yellow bristles of a dental floss brush.
