(4/16/20) UPDATE: I reached out to Oral BC/S for help and found that they have made the process so complicated and time consuming that it's probably not worth sticking with. your breath for any help. Your investigation can take up to 8 weeks without guarantee. So far this hasn't helped as this defective product has left me without toothbrush heads. To me, that's just AWESOME. Time to buy a new electric toothbrush. ---------- ------------------------------------------------------ --------- ------------- --------------(10/04/20) ORIGINAL REVIEW: Most likely cheap fake, because (included two out of three so far) they don't seem to spin as fast and (most importantly) all four yellow/bluish hard rubber bristles broke off and possibly swallowed in less than a week. Sensitivity of the gums due to its sharp abrasive friction. I had to stop using them and recover the cost of this loss. Expensive and a big disappointment from a well established brand.
