Great towels at Tea Towels & Tea Towels

I used vinyl iron-on towels. I washed, dried and ironed them before applying the vinyl. I have a few that either had imperfections or were a little off size. It wasn't very noticeable unless viewed through a magnifying glass. You turned out beautiful! I would buy again

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Available in white only

I don't know if I will buy again.

I wanted to try this product in hopes of finding something to keep buying. Several towels (3) had irregular or overlapping stitching, resulting in a very obvious design flaw. I bought them for gifts and shibori sales. Edit: Two more towels were greasy on the inside. They did not come out of the hand or machine wash.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Hard to say

Cloths are super uneven, not square

Bought for painting and as a gift. I really like the quality of the towels and fabric, but only 13 out of 24 were truly straight squares. Thus 11 of them were completely uneven and not square at all. They don't fold straight and look very wobbly. If you're just buying them for yourself, they're fine, but if you want them to be good for crafting, be prepared that only half are good enough for that.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • For pensioners

Inexpensive and one-sided

We have decided to replace paper towels and paper serviettes in our house with something reusable. These are perfect for this purpose. However, every time I wash them they seem to be sloppier and the edges are unraveling. They have only been washed alone or with a couple of kitchen towels in the wash so nothing to snag on the fabric and damage them. These are a good deal for the price, but don't expect them to stay boxy and looking good for more than a couple of weeks.

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Almost everything is available

Thin towels. Didn't meet my needs.

I returned these. First the good news: the item was delivered quickly and the return was easy. Unfortunately for this seller, I have previously purchased some flour sack towels from another seller and only bought them because others were out of stock. I use them for craft supplies and when I opened the package the towels were very flimsy (almost see-through) and I wouldn't use them as honestly they looked very cheap, especially compared to the others I'd received before. I can't comment on…

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons
  • Questionable senior purchase

Great replacement for paper towels!

I purchased these Utopia Kitchen Flour Sack tea towels when we couldn't get paper towels anywhere due to COVID-19. I am so happy with my purchase! These towels remind me of the old days when we only used washcloths. We used them to dry dishes and everything else in the kitchen. Sure, they're not as well made as the ones my mom had in the 1950's (I still have a few towels from that era), but these towels definitely do the trick. lint problems. I wipe down kitchen countertops, dry my hands, dry…

Paper Towel Replacement

These towels were purchased with the intention of replacing all paper towels and making the home more sustainable. I did a lot of research online about what types of towels to get, but also wanted something affordable. I went with the last two options: these are the ones I bought and a couple of Huck towels that I've heard are incredibly absorbent. I ended up buying them for their durability and versatility. I use them to wipe down tables, dishes and glasses (yes they are lint free) and I even…

I'm in love! for kitchen and table linen

********* UPDATE: 10/11/21 I've been using these towels for a few months now and they're still my best buy among the brands I've tried. I will say that the best way to keep them nice, white and stain-free is to keep them from getting so dirty after a day's use that they look like they were used to clean up a mess. places of murder. I also buy a lot of these so I can always have them on hand. So if I notice that what I'm using has a stain or something, I throw it in the laundry pile and pick up…
