Reliable Testing with PRV240FS!

As a result of my tests I determined that the PRV240FS provided accurate AND consistent readings. Its compact size and ease of use made it a go-to tool for me in the field. However, the price point may be a barrier for some users. overall, I highly recommend this product to any electrician or technician looking for a reliable and efficient proving unit..

Pros
  • Ensures electrical safety by verifying absence of voltage before servicing equipment
Cons
  • Requires knowledge of electrical safety procedures to use effectively

Can even test a pen tester

Can even test a pen tester. Switch it to Field Sense mode. If using Finger Ground, make sure the green light is on. Using a pen tester (such as Fluke VoltAlert), touch the Field Sense area. It should light up if everything is ok.

Pros
  • PRV240FS Prover Block T6/NCV
Cons
  • Low repairability
