System works but you can only use the bags twice before they break. I have discus and have to vacuum every other day which can get expensive. Does anyone know an alternative? I can only paint it with filter sponges.

Do not clean or reuse, buy. Is there anything more disgusting than washing out a filter bag full of fish poop for reuse? Yes, by emptying the filter bag of turtle droppings so it can be reused. But never again. You are worth every penny.

These bags really help pick up a lot of dirt from our aquarium. Our original bag started smelling really bad and had a small tear so we bought these and they seem to work great and help a lot with vacuuming our gravel. I ask VERY much about ALL of my Fluval items that we have purchased for our aquarium. Tough, durable bags that just get the job done.

Going from two to five. I bought 5 of these. long, there will be suction problems. Second, I've never done this before, but I won't be using the bag again. Third, make sure your machine is already running at a good level. Pretty good bags and I will continue to buy them
