Filter Media That Saves My Fishy Friends

Pet Supplies can be tricky to navigate when it comes to the world of aquariums. When I tried this filter media, it made an immediate and positive impact on my tank's water quality. Removing toxins and impurities without harming my fish, I felt great about this purchase. The only downside was the packaging, which could've been more eco-friendly.

The Fluval pump has lasted almost 7 years, this medium is the best for it

Although I'm fed up with the maintenance for my aquarium (I have 2 tetras but have gotten a lot more in recent years) , I'm leaving I still rely on Hagen medium to protect the aquarium from chemical stress and bacteria. The pump on my 12 gallon Fluval tank has been running flawlessly for almost 7 years - it's amazing. I clean it along with the impeller and use the Fluval environment. I usually change my medium every 3-5 months.
