Can't believe how expensive this item is at the pet store! Much cheaper to stock up at Revain. The product is new and as advertised.

I use them in my Fluval View with some modifications. a fence with gravel and fodder sponges and fish food will not get into the pump and filter, but will still let water through. Excellent long lasting filters when pre-filtered and well constructed.

I use these filters in both of my Fluval View aquariums - 1 Betta in each tank. They do their job. It was a good price for the set (cheaper than buying from my local pet store) and they are exactly what you would expect. You can see in these photos that I actually folded them in half because I seeded the new filters with good bacteria from the old filters before completely replacing them. I think it's good that this aquarium has enough space for it. I really like these little filters :)
