Needs to be changed to make it

Looks good. Once I bend it into the right shape I'm sure it will work perfectly. Finding an exhaust for a Schwinn motorized chopper is difficult at best.

Pros
  • Test for a year
Cons
  • Damaged

Will not fit - replacement parts

Was planning to use this for my Wildcat Pk80 on my 27" Mongoose but didn't. The exhaust didn't clean the pedals so it just sat in my tool box. Maybe I'll find another bike to put on.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Will not fit all

Loud whistles!: Parts

Nice job on the chrome, sand filled and bent with a 3/4" pipe bender (no router required). Opened up more and turned a little to the left. Only took me an hour. Sounds great and doesn't stink more at traffic lights.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • A few small things

Nicely done. - Exhaust pipes and tips

Works great, fits my bike well as it's a bit shorter than the other one I bought for my first bike. And this one actually had a baffled muffler, the other just had a straight pipe with a muffler body. I would definitely buy another one.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Difficult to say

Need to bend and redo the pipe a bit: Edit Leaks

I had to use a flashlight to bend the pipe a bit because the chain hit the muffler. Although good quality. Now it depends on my men's beach cruiser: now there is a leak in the flange area. Causes a really oily mess next to my tires and engine. Hopefully the exhaust paste will seal it, but the quality is very poor for the price.

Pros
  • Sturdy finish
Cons
  • Crumpled

Suitable if you are good with tools

I was not happy with the design of typical exhaust systems for motorized bike kits. I wanted it to be elevated and out of the way, but still aesthetically pleasing. This exhaust did exactly what I was looking for. I am satisfied with the appearance and quality. However, I warn you that the installation can be a little tedious and time-consuming. I had to heat the tube with a butane torch and bend it so it wouldn't get in the way of my pedals. I also used a grinder to reshape the flange a bit…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Updates
