good well built stainless steel half sheets

I love them. We use them like hell (at least once or twice a week) to make muffins, granola, muffins, etc. We especially love that we don't put aluminum baked goods in our food, which is bad for you! They are very durable and easy to clean and we hope they will last you for decades to come.

Pros
  • High marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Deformed during use and difficult to clean.

This stainless steel pan was chosen to avoid unhealthy non-stick coatings and aluminium. But it's not as easy to clean as advertised, even if the food isn't baked. It warped slightly from normal baking temperature on first use and easily scratched when using a plastic sponge. It's recommended to just rinse it off or use a soft cloth, but that didn't work well enough.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Some cons

Deformation not wide enough for grate

I was very disappointed with this frying pan. For the price and the description I expected high quality. I was wrong. My first disappointment was that the pan wasn't wide enough to accommodate the half sheet rack I ordered. The most embarrassing thing happened in the oven when it deformed and two pieces of bacon fell to the bottom of the oven, causing a fire. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It may be dangerous.

Pros
  • Sequins
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Not washable, not impressive. Anything that sticks to it and horribly stains the metal. I mean everything, butter, potatoes, meat, frozen fries etc. The pan looks 50 years old and survived the war but has been used 7 times. I'm glad I don't cook with aluminum because I know it can end up in our food, but the commercial grade aluminum pan sold on Amazon is made in the USA, this pan is made in China.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

I bought this product because I thought it would make a great roasting pan for vegetables due to its stainless steel composition. When first used in an oven preheated to 425 degrees, it deformed almost immediately. My Scandinavian aluminum skillet, which is less than half the price, hasn't warped at all over many months of regular use. So much for doing without aluminum and opting for a high-quality stainless steel pot! I am disappointed to say the least.

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Nothing

Skillet warped at 350ºF :(

This 1/2 sheet stainless steel skillet looked nice but it's not exactly what I had in mind. Two product photos look like it is Edge wavy) Didn't live up to my expectations but wasn't a deal breaker for me. The first time I used a pan I made meatloaf oven to 350º F in the pan and preheat the oven. After 10 minutes the pan was warped.so much that I was concerned that the juice from the meatloaf might leak out of the pan. As the pan cooled, it relaxed and almost returned to its original shape…

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • New competition has arrived
