The stairs are light but heavy enough for my sweet Doxel, Oscar. He's getting older and just can't continue to jump on and off furniture. I've bought several types of steps but he refused to use them. He is being slow about using these but he is using them. These fit to the edge of my sofa where he loves to sleep. I'm letting him learn at his own pace and giving him treats when he succeeds. I'm pleased with these stairs.

Easy assemble. My cat used them right away because jumping off my bed was painful.My bed stands 31” off the ground. If your animal is more than 25 lbs, choose a different step. These will crush.I suggest you get the thicker rubber mat you put under a rug to stop from sliding . The lid or step is slick

I have bought 3 different dog stairs and this one my dog actually uses! Took a day or two of me coaxing her but now she can safely get on and off sofa to her spot that she loves.

Works well for the old boy we adopted last spring. He is an orange tabby cat who is a largely structured but was also a bit hefty at 26lbs when we got him. Down to 16lbs now and it holds up well to him using them multiple times a day. 110% worth the buy. Have it sideways up against the bed and have had no issues with them.

It took my cat a week to even go near it. I was going to send it back when I turned around on about 12 days and she was sitting on it. I had to do something for her because she has an ACL problem.

HORRIBLE! Total piece of crap! There is NO support what-so-ever to keep this thing open or held in place. There is no velcro to attach the boxes together and the top piece has no way to attach either.it would supposedly sit on top.no edges or anything. It wouldn't even be suitable for storage, let alone to be used as steps for a mobility challenged pet! There is no way this thing should be allowed to be marketed for pets!

I knew it was going to be a heavy duty cardboard box covered with fabric. Each box has it's own lid and velcro to stick to others once set up. You can store items in each box if you would like. I suggest putting some heavy books or rocks to keep them from moving. It took a few weeks before our Yorkie trusted the steps but he is getting there.

Do not buy this product.The product is well made, but it has a strong chemical smell. I thought it just had to air out, but after an hour the smell was still strong. Not recommended.

We have a 8 yo beagle chihuahua mix that sometime needs a little help. I like the 3 separate boxes. Just two can be used for the sofa and all 3 for the bed.

Enough storage inside these bins and great for my dog. It took a while for him to realize he can go up and down them had to train him. I have a 15 lbs collie mix and it's sturdy enough for him. But I broke the bottom cause I leaned on it to get up from the floor. So as long as you don't lean on it it works great.

They fit perfectly, which was very important.The extra storage is like frosting the cake.One thing that was kind of a put off was the smell when we.first opened it. There was a very very strong chemical smell, but once we aired it out (outside over night), it was fine.

Our Boston wanted to be picked up to go to bed. At 28 lbs it wasn't happening, so the search for stairs started. After several fails we found these. Winston took to them quickly, no more lifting! They are lightweight and easy to move when cleaning.

They are cute and easy to slide out of the way. They also are storage boxes and I put all his little clothes and toys in them. Perfect!

I liked that it was quick and easy to assemble and the Velcro seems to work quite well! It’s not wobbly and didn’t scare the pups to go up the stairs…seems very sturdy! And I like how it folds up to store if/when needed.

These stairs meet my needs well. Storage space is very limited where I am at and these stairs give my aging little Papillon a safe way up and down my elevated bed.
