Only used 3 times and has burn holes. Thought it would be more fire resistant. I bought this one fearing the wood would catch fire. It's not a tree from above. But burned out. Defeat the purpose of buying this model

This incense holder is very pretty. It provides a large area for ash and tar fall. My only issue is that the holes are tiny and when an incense stick has resin on the bottom it makes it a bit difficult to insert. Despite the small hole, my wand never fell out. I would buy it again.

I just received my incense burner and I love it. It only had 2 reviews but it was everything I wanted! I wanted something that didn't look super boho and would go with my minimalist look. I know there are almost no reviews for this item, but I promise you won't be disappointed! It is a very light wood with a nice glossy white finish that looks like it will peel off easily.

I burned the incense too low - very hot ash fell on the surface and I got burn marks at the end. I decided to tell the seller about my experience. They understood everything and explained how to smoke properly. I don't do that anymore and I'm 100% satisfied with The Urban Vibe - Folkulture in every respect. The incense burner was fine although it had a slight pink stain on the blue picture. However, from the very first use, ash CREATED LOTS OF BLACK BURN HOLES IN THE PLASTIC COVER, which completely disfigured it! In fact, judging by the severity of the burns, I'm afraid it could catch fire and burn the house down. I really don't understand how this could be sold as an incense burner. Of course I won't be using it again! It should be noted that I used a FRED SOLL resin incense stick.

I do not recommend this product! The ash will burn the surface as the coating is clearly not fire retardant. I tried to contact the seller to fix the problem and he insisted I send him a photo. This is an expertly crafted, practical and beautiful incense holder. I realize other reviews may have criticized the width and depth of the hole, but the one I received is perfect for standard incense sticks. The alignment of the sticks while burning is correct, shifted just enough not to touch (and looks nice while burning). I have had this burner for a few weeks now and use it every day. It works great and catches all the ash. I rarely have to wipe it clean. All I have to do is tap it on the dumpster and all the ash will be gone.
