I like that it's easy to use and shows how many people are talking about your brand or product in real time. It also helps you see what people are saying about your brand and products. You can't really customize the data that is shown so it can be very limited. The dashboard isn't as user friendly as I would like. Also, sometimes there is a lag between when something is tweeted, and when it gets posted to the dashboard.
