Worst camera I've ever bought! I set my Coach backpack 20ft from the camera, when zoomed in the autofocus is terrible. The PTZ movement is very very slow even though I set the maximum speed like an old car. The zoom speed is also slow, taking over 10 seconds to zoom from 1X to 20X.

We use this camera to broadcast our church services. We were very satisfied with this picture quality. We get very good feedback from community members on how much better the shows have gotten. The seller also helped me a lot with some technical questions I had about writing a program to control the camera.

Ordered this camera due to church budget. However very disappointed. Image quality isn't great and it's really difficult to focus. Compared to other cameras I own, I believe the lens on this camera is not 20x but around 15x. Tried live streaming to Facebook via RTMP, didn't work. Switched to OBS it worked but my OBS crashed after 30 minutes had to go back.

This camera has everything I wanted in a PTZ camera for streaming my church services. It has a 20x optical zoom, switches very quickly from one preset to the next, copes very well with the Preacher's extreme range of brightness (which is more illuminated on the right than on the left), the colors are saturated and there are many connection options from HDMI to SDI make it adaptable to any situation. I had a fully configured and working camera, after that the toggle function stopped working. The camera was ceiling mounted which meant my image was rotated 180 degrees. I reset the camera settings to default to no avail. The camera occasionally restored the image inversion, but the setting was not saved after restarting the device. Just returned for a refund.
