I like how easy it is to use for all of our staff, as well as for our customers! It's simple and easy to follow. We've been able to train our staff in just one day! And we have been successful at getting food out to our people who need it. There are some things we'd like to see improved such as the user interface (which is not intuitive). I like how easy it makes for my staff to have access through their smart phones or computers so they can easily track inventory from anywhere in our facility! We've received great support throughout all of this process as well with FoodTrac's team!!
