customer service is very good with this brand. They try very hard to make sure everything is ok. The picture is better than our 2018 speedometer. very easy to install. the connection is already established. Adds an extra layer of security to my pickup. I ordered a 9 inch 4 camera system to help with driving in 30ft Class A. The cameras are really solid and appear to be of great quality. They work really well on the road as side mirrors, as well as front and rear cameras, giving me incredible confidence and visibility while driving. After watching many competitor videos I bought this one because of the list of features for my RV. Now trailer mounted. All cameras tested, works out of the box, no problems. I bought it last year and yes it's easy to install and the picture quality is really good. But the image then disappears as it moves. I'm about 45 feet from the camera to the screen. I was missing the clips needed for the suction cup. Ok here the shit starts, I wanted to send this back but said I couldn't because the return cost more than it was worth and said they would give me a half refund and I would keep the unit. ok i'll leave it but i emailed the company about missing clip and bad signal
