Great for heel pain with plantar fasciitis!

I had a heel pain/plantar fasciitis problem for several months and it didn't get any better. Decided to order this along with a few other similar products and found this to be the best. It's the right hardness and size and the raised points aren't too prickly and painful like I've found with other items. It's the only thing I could feel as I reached deep enough into the source of the pain in my heel; Even when I tried massaging my heel with my hands, I couldn't immediately get the results I was

I've tried many methods to relieve foot pain - so far this is the best

I also have numerous and annoying foot problems, to mention. I've tried all kinds of balls, rollers, stretchers, bedside tables, shoe racks, etc. This little ball is better, at least for my feet. This is because it has small raised 5 pointed stars unlike the rounded bumps found on most other balls/rollers. Dots apply thorough pressure and fall in places that require attention. A runner's delight! on Massagers & Equipment

Excellent product! About two months ago I was diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis. Although I won't say I can't believe it cured him, I believe it did. My podiatrist advised me to stop running for a while. He put me on two cortisone shots for two months.
