Simply massage all over the foot and into the skin. Softens really sharp spots. Ideal after using a foot file to remove dead skin. This is a great product not only for dry, cracked feet but also for hands, elbows and knees. Especially in winter when the temperature drops and the skin becomes drier. It is very thick and has a herbal, earthy smell.
