Have tried many foot ointments on my dry, cracked feet. My old brand increased the price so I looked elsewhere and found this. Just dose the right amount. All you need is a little. Simply massage all over the foot and into the skin. Softens really sharp spots. Ideal after using a foot file to remove dead skin. Smells nice but then again I try not to smell my feet too much so it's not a big deal. My hands have a lemon smell, which I don't like (when I'm done), so it's a quick and easy wash off with soap and water. However, this is a solid foot cream to take with me if I can't find a better one.
