The part was for the tailgate. I needed a front door panel. Order with your wine. Different functions require different seat belts. Things like heated mirrors are listed on your VIN.

This harness was purchased to fix the Left Rear Door Open message caused by a broken wire. The wiring harness was easy to install after watching a YouTube video on how to remove the door panel. The belt fitted perfectly.

Product fits exactly as OEM. Fixed multiple broken wires in the door hinge area. I highly recommend this product. I only wish vehicle manufacturers would improve the design to do away with seat belts entirely.

After my dash kept saying "door ajar" I bought this to solve a common problem. The factory part fits identically to the existing one and everything can be easily connected. Fixed in 30 minutes. It looks like the wires are reinforced even where the old design pinched them so it might take longer to repeat!

Like others I got a 'door open' message for the driver's side tailgate even though it was closed. This was annoying because the keyless entry alarm kept going off throughout the day. I removed the panel from the door, removed the plastic insulator, and then removed the old wiring harness. It definitely took me longer to remove the old suspension than it did to install the new one. Take some photos of the old hanger before removing it so you can install the new one the same way.
