Good product If you need a budget heating pad. Works great, glue was ok. I hesitated to read other reviews but I am satisfied with my product. Attention, keep an eye on the outlet temperature and play with the dial to get the desired temperature. My poor name unfortunately got a little burnt thinking it only felt good half way but it was still too hot. There are no notches or numbers on the dial so I used a marker to make my own. Everything is fine now that I figured it out

I've used it safely on my large sterile grow bag using 75% power on the temperature controller. The glue is only good for glass so I just used high temp hot glue and attached it around the rim it worked and held up to high heat (temperature tested with a digital heat gun) highly recommend doing this and this heating pad works for many years, especially helps in the winter months as light does not work well on many species insects that prefer dark environments.

Very thin heated carpet. I was very surprised when we received it. It didn't work for what we planned, but I was able to use it under a glass terrarium for a pig snake. DOES NOT get very hot/warm. I had to add a heating mat of another (better known) brand which I attached to the wall of the terrarium for heating. We kept this mat under the fish tank on the warm side to keep skin warm. The tank we use for this blanket is very small. So if you need a mat for a large terrarium, I don't recommend…
