They are made for people with very small short arms and small feet. You need to make a bigger hole in the feet for the foot to fit in. And they have to make their arms longer, that's a very short plastic arm. It would be perfect for little hands and feet. Arrows measure nearly 9 1/2 inches (I didn't count the seal on the opposite end). The feet are measured. The legs measure 13 inches, but the opening is only 7 1/4 inches. I bought these for my nail salon. I do this amazing hot oil treatment but not in the traditional way as I use heated mittens for the treatment. Cross contamination and infection control is a HUGE priority in my business, so I lather her in oil, take one of these bags and put her hand in it, and then put her hand in a heated glove.
