Sturdy and Versatile Tripod

Using this tripod, our team found that it exceeded our expectations. The build quality is top-notch and the aluminum construction made it lightweight and easy to transport. The versatility of the tripod made it compatible with multiple cameras, making it a great investment for both professional and amateur photographers. The only downside we found was that it may be too long and heavy for those who prefer a more compact option. Overall, a great choice for a tripod.

Pros
  • Durable and sturdy due to its aluminium build
Cons
  • Only available in black

Very good price compared to similar monopods. Well done.

Considering it costs a lot less than comparable Benro & Manfrotto units but the build quality is pretty good this is it a real bargain. The finish is nice and it comes with a detachable strap and rubber and steel tips to use when the tripod base is detached. The product description only lists the rubber foot, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive both. I decided to buy a small ball head as installing a full size unit doesn't seem to help. Let's see how it holds up to hiking and use. Update…

Pros
  • Monopod: 18.5" to 65" long (fully extended)
Cons
  • Good but not great

I thought it would be worth trying to use this device when traveling through Yellowstone for some family photos . I was wrong. The first gust of wind threw the camera face down on the ground. Although the camera didn't die, it did damage the lens. This type of device is not stable enough for a DSLR even with a short lens like a 35/5mm prime lens. I ended up using a more durable bow tripod that I've had for over 20 years. Although they are heavy I have never had any problems with them. Even for…
