Charger. in Portable Audio & Video

There may be something wrong, or something is wrong, but I can't charge it to more than 25% with the solar panel. I thought you could use solar power to fully charge it. And I've been charging with solar power for a week now, still at 25%. No problem with charging cable, 100% But for emergencies I will not have a charging cable in the forest.

Great emergency tool! Light and weather radio!

This article came in handy during a power outage in Texas last week! We spent 51.5 hours without electricity. The light source is amazing and I love the clockwork/solar charging methods! The weather radio was very helpful when we needed it and the local music channels were good too, the only complaint was it couldn't keep my iPhone12 max charged.

It's in my emergency bag so I can run it without batteries when I use it.

I'm glad I have multiple ways to charge my radio - I didn't want a radio that required me to store batteries for or drain the batteries I'd hidden away to charge phones for wider use. Communication. Weather radio sounds like weather radio but is clear and crisp.

Decent radio and flashlight

It was a pretty cool concept. It should be noted that it packs replaceable 2000mAh 18650 batteries (two), which are exposed top buttons. The bay is barely (and I mean barely, as the batteries have to be inserted directly to fit) able to hold around 3500mAh from 18.9mm x 70mm protected top buttons. The ones I put in there were Epoch 18650s with a Micro-B charger on top. Great product so far.

Disappointed

Bad deal stay away stay away. The battery and solar panels are too small to charge anything useful. Light and radio consume too much electricity. The overall design is bad. The solar panel is too weak to be able to do anything with the size of the batteries used. The only real way to charge it is with 110V. A hand crank is worse than a solar panel. The sound quality is no different than the cheap radios we bought in the 1980s. In fact, electronic kits allow you to create a better product.

Reliable little weather radio.

I like that it cranks, that it charges day after day sitting by the window, as long as it's reliable I'll keep it on all the time. has a nice little flashlight on one end. You can hang it in your tent or over the sink when you're washing dishes, perhaps while you're away. Just don't open the solar panel that far and the light won't come on, so you can orient the solar panel to be perfect where the sun is shining, but it charges very well in a window. It'll keep telling you the temperature and…
