👩 Fossil Stainless Leather Smartwatch for Women Review

I really like this watch but the step counting algorithm is lame. I started wearing it on my left hand because I was left-handed and every movement was recorded as steps. I switched it to the right hand but it's still heavily disabled. It's a very nice watch and I love that I can get notifications but the only reason I bought it was for the step tracking. I only have a few more days to decide if I want to keep it or not.

Great Smartwatch! Very pretty. I was looking for a smartwatch that looks like a regular watch. This one fits all invoices! Slightly larger than I'm used to wearing so it took a little getting used to. The instructions included in the package are mostly useless. I looked for instructions on Youtube and used the Fossil website. If you're looking for simple bells and whistles, this isn't it. But if you're looking for a pedometer, notifications, weather app, heart rate and more, you've found it!

I like this clock very much. It's stylish and beautiful. I like that the time is always displayed unlike other smartwatches. It also shows your notifications and tracks your sleep. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't have an alarm function and the timer vibration is very short, only about three pulses. I used my Fitbit as an alarm clock and loved it. This watch is beautiful... But unfortunately the praise stops there. As advertised, bluetooth should connect up to 30 feet away, mine will lose connection within 3. I've followed all of the troubleshooting steps suggested by Fossil's help contacts with no improvement. First, LOVE the functionality of the watch. Together with the Fossil app, they track all your activity and sleep. What I like about the sleep feature is that it tracks deep and light sleep along with a basic EKG monitor. Double tap the face and it will light up for 10 seconds. I really liked the look of this watch but am very disappointed with it. Just as I was sitting in bed reading a book, I was told I was taking 48 steps. It also gave me 200 steps while driving in my car. The pedometer apparently tracks every little thing like a step, so it's not even possible to measure how many steps you actually take. I really wanted to fall in love with this watch. Either way, it theoretically fills a unique niche that combines key smart features with a beautiful and classy look and feel. If you're looking for reliable and consistent physical activity tracking, you won't find it here, unfortunately. Oddly enough, the pedometer is off.
