I like that it can be used in both an online environment as well offline (which i find very useful). It allows me access from anywhere with internet connection! You cant have too much options when searching documents/files etc which makes life easier than other cloud solutions available out there today. I like that it has been set up with good structure in place. It's relatively cheap and quick at adding functionality as you need more options or different requirements from your customers/clients! Easy to create reports where required by clients (as they have detailed knowledge). I love that it makes it so easy to send documents directly from one department to another, without having to go through someone else's email or inbox. It also allows me to keep track of when I sent documents out to different departments, and which ones have been returned.
