The Schrader valve port (not just the valve) was a direct 1:1 replacement. I just unscrewed the old one with a wrench and put the new one in.

Kit looks good quality and conforms to the description. Use it on a 150,000 mile car to prevent major leaks (although there have been small leaks over time). Time will tell if the parts work as they seem.
