I used this fan motor to upgrade a Jeep XJ fan motor. It was about 0.75 inches larger than the factory, so the air volume increased slightly. You can always count on a quality product from Four Seasons.

fan on my 1994 jeep xj replaced by this unit. It's about 1/2 inch longer than the factory fan and I find I get a little more air through the vents. No interface problems, just install it far enough away from the rubber pad. And you won't have any problems.

Exact replacement for the LJ 83 Grand Prix with air conditioning and probably most other GM G Body cars. Same diameter, same height, mounted on a set screw instead of a key on the shaft. The blades are more aggressive than the stock blades, but the original engine has been carried over, so there's no comparison to the original.

For the price, I'd rate this fan as pretty good. The hole is too big and I had to fiddle with the right shim to keep the wheel from rocking and hitting the surrounding casing. What should have taken 10 minutes took over an hour.

Do not believe the description of this product. Only suitable for Universal. Do not trust any site that guarantees installation. Measure your old fan before buying. I sent mine back because the warranty period wasn't even close. Read the reviews, this is a common problem. ATTENTION TO THE BUYER.

I had to adjust the blade depth several times to keep the fan from rubbing or spinning. As a result, I had to hem the case in 4-5 places. Now it works fine. Too much work to save a few bucks. I would look elsewhere for a direct replacement if I had to do it again.

Mounted on a 1993 Ford E-350. Fits perfectly. It's a bit deeper than the OEM plastic fan and I've read a lot of reviews saying it's not suitable for some applications. I made sure to install it as close to the engine as possible and I've had no problems with it. I also find that it blows a little more air because its profile is a bit bigger.

Installed on the fan on my 91ft volvo 740. It is a good quality fan, metal not plastic like the original wheel. I had to use a 1/1000" brass chime to get the shaft tight as the hole is a little big to fit the original motor shaft.
