Four Seasons 58152 Compressor with Clutch: Optimal Cooling Performance and Reliability Review

1st from Korea, short cycle. I gave it to a professional who charged me $150 and said the compressor was bad. After 2 weeks I received the 2nd same (exchange) but from Mexico. same problem. Now I need another one (third). It costs 6 hours of work each time and $24 for r134a. Reads low and low highs well. The whole system is new. Shifts well.

This compressor is the same size as the original part, so it is easy to install with the original fixings without any strange modifications. Comes with a small amount of oil and new O-rings to seal the refrigerant lines. Coupling included and of high quality, works almost silently. All connections are adjusted to their original positions with factory connectors.

Great compressor and even better price! Replaced everything in my F250 system except condenser and evaporator. I washed them well with two spray cans of conditioner. Put everything back together with new PAG oil, choke tube, hoses and dryer. Then pumped down and charged the system to factory specs with ICE air. It's pumping air in 40 degrees when it's on the freeway when it's over 110 here in Phoenix!
