Great Heater Valve for Car

This heater valve is a must-have for any car with a heating system that's not working right. Through trial and error, I found that this product fits perfectly and solves the problem. The pros are that it's easy to install and comes at an affordable price. The only con I found is that it might take a little longer to heat up your car than the previous one.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Some users report leak issues

1999 Hester 4Runner Valve

Installed on a '99 4 Cylinder Rear Drive 4 Way Easy to install and no problem after 3 months of use. It was very easy to install compared to removing the old heater valve. And it warms up the interior very well.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Repair

The first lasted 10 months and the second only 2 months!

Installed on a 1999 Toyota 2wd Limited. It was easy to install and worked great for 10 months until one day after work I noticed water under my truck. After some investigation I discovered that the heater valve was leaking behind the screw that holds the lever that controls the valve. I thought it was an accident and ordered another one. Well, this one only lasted 2 months! It shouldn't be something I have to replace on a regular basis. Updated as of 11/28/19. The only reason I used this valve…

  • Heater
