Worked well for my 2002 Chrysler Town & Country.

Fits nicely on my 2002 Chrysler Town & Country, none of my local Autobonds or Okels had them in stock if you can do a bypass or something around To get you ready Until the order arrives, I recommend buying this product. I had an extra hose and just plugged it in until it came, now I have heat again.

Pros
  • Package Dimensions: 3.81 H x 5.588 D x 4.064 W (inches)
Cons
  • Nothing

It's hard to find parts.

This part is difficult to find and has very few markings. This is the anti-cavitation valve in the heater line on a 2003 Town and Country car. The original part ended up falling apart and coolant spurted everywhere. At first I just pulled the line and bypassed the valve until I was able to get the van home. When I returned home I could find this beautiful detail on Revane. Great price and perfect exchange. Just remember which way the arrow was pointing when you put it back on.

Pros
  • Package Weight: 0.05 lbs
Cons
  • Not sure

This particular brand of valve is awful. I've already gone through three different ones (the company sent me replacements after the original was leaked) the junction of the cylinder with the body. Both the replacement blocks did the same thing - leaked at the top seam in the body halves. Replacing this valve can be a pain if it was crimped at all. I finally bit the bullet and grabbed an AC Delco and all was ok fingers away from the 4 season.

Pros
  • Four Seasons 74795 Tracer Restrictor (74795)
Cons
  • Weight

I would recommend AC Delco valve or OEM valve instead of

I agree with the other 1 star reviewer. In my opinion this product is poorly assembled leaving the top vulnerable to leaks and potential catastrophic failure. As a result, your coolant will splatter onto the exhaust manifold and grind up fairly quickly as the top/inlet separates from the rest of the valve body. I first bought the Dorman version of this valve locally but found it must have been assembled incorrectly. makes it totally undesirable to use. Since the 74795 valve was available…

Pros
  • Part number: 74795
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
