Replacement 280z too!

I had to trim a few parts in the body of the car but follow the instructions people have online for 280z. I have a 1978 with factory A/C, works great. Very strong. 3 is slightly better than 4 with the old stock fan.

Pros
  • Heater
Cons
  • ill thought out

Excellent heater motor replacement for Datsun 240z.

Fits perfectly in my 1972 240z. I had to replace the connector with the original connector from the fan motor. Further modifications were not necessary. Significantly more air volume compared to the original motor and squirrel-cage.

Pros
  • Engine Cooling & Air Conditioning
Cons
  • No Insurance

Will not fit directly into parts

According to Revain's Parts Finder this product should be a direct replacement for a 2000 Kia Sportage. It is not. After I modified my car (had to drill new holes because the screws weren't aligned) in -10 degree weather, it wouldn't blow air out of the vents and vibrated horribly. Also, it has different mounting holes that suggest it's a more versatile product, but it doesn't work with my car at all. The OEM fan is the first with 5.5" pitch, this part is the second with 6.5" pitch.
