I am about 5ft 10" and about 170 pounds. I bought size L/XL and they fit me perfectly. I bought them after tipping over on a stepped hill. The motorcycle did not move but was kicked in such a way that it began to tip over and slowly fell on its side. I injured my elbow so I bought these knee and elbow pads.
