I used these two tone elastic threads to hem them and it works great. You don't need neon colors, neon doesn't work, for green I had to use black, tan went well with caramel. I think they could go better with the colors that are on the market today. It works, I hope it lasts.

Excellent choice of colours. I could only find red, black or white collectible gum made in the USA so to be able to get some fancy colors from Asia at this price point is a real find. I found this colored gum in England but the postage makes it too expensive. I use it in the elastic of sweaters. I also hand wind it onto a sewing machine spool to sew the fabric. YouTube videos on puckering are available. You may need to order both sets to get the colors you want.

I'm always updating my clothes to replenish my wardrobe. One thing I use a ton of (almost literally :) is rubber band, that kind of thin rubber band.
