This is the third time in a year that I have ordered Plant Guru oil and it arrived with a leak. Upon further inspection, the inner white seal was broken and the lid was not tightly closed, causing the product to leak. Luckily they ship it in a plastic bag so the mess was sorted out and my other items in the box weren't ruined. The oil itself is of good quality which is why I gave it 3 stars out of 5. FACTORY GURU ATTENTION: Do something about your seals or you will lose a customer.

FCO quality is great! My only complaint is that the oil is difficult to drip and this creates some waste. It tends to drip down the spout and then down the side of the bottle, making everything oily (and smearing the label). I can reduce the amount of mess/oil loss by quickly inverting and squeezing straight into the bottle. There are still leaks, but not as many. This makes it impossible to count drops.
