I get facial rashes/urticaria when using fragrances or harsh chemicals. Only one other shampoo worked for me (clear and free) but it made my hair very dry. This is the first natural shampoo that doesn't cause rashes but still moisturizes the hair. Love it!

*****Update***** I love this product but the last 3 times I've ordered it the bottles have been through shipping and much product was wasted. The first time I had to send it back because almost half the bottle spilled. This time I can't return it because I can't get a replacement. I recently found out about some allergies that are causing me problems. This shampoo and conditioner smells slightly like cucumber and doesn't cause me any allergy problems. This shampoo really dries out my curly hair. The conditioner makes it soft but my hair feels dull and dry after using it.

This product says fragrance free. Maybe that means they don't add flavor to it, but it's not scent-free. It has the worst smell. I am very sensitive to smells and this immediately gave me a headache and it was very difficult to get rid of it. I had to wash my hair twice with something else I have that has no fragrance to get rid of that horrible smell. Another product I have contains sulfates so I wanted to change that. Don't buy it if you are sensitive to smell. It's terrible

With a contact allergy to all fragrances and every type of isothiazolinone preservative, it's unbearably difficult to choose products for dry, brittle hair Hair. Few have the right to even try. I recently discovered this FragFre and it completely blew the competition away. They clean and condition and soften my hair. I am very thankful for these products. They help me keep my hair and make me think better about the future.

It's nice to find such a good fragrance free shampoo and conditioner. I am very sensitive to fragrances and could 'tolerate' some products but this one is much better. PLUS they work really well and make my hair shiny and soft.

I was very skeptical about buying this shampoo and conditioner, but due to my severe allergies to fragrances and sulfates, this is one of the few products recommended by a dermatologist. I was pleasantly surprised that the shampoo foamed well and the conditioner was so smooth and left my hair so soft! And a big plus is that it is not abused or tested on animals.

The Fragfre products I've used have been great (shampoo, conditioner, hair gel, finishing spray and lotion). I am a regular customer and would recommend these products to people who are allergic to all the fragrances and chemicals that most manufacturers add. The cucumber flavor is very light and goes away. For those who react to smells, this is NOT suitable. My guess is that cucumber is an "essential oil" and is very potent. The lack of flavors helps, but of course this ingredient has an odor that can be off-putting.
