📶 Enhance Communication with the Francis 300-CB26B Black 5.5' Hot Rod CB Antenna Review

This antenna was recommended by several people personally and on the website so I decided to order it. I received the antenna in a few days and it was set up as best as possible with no packaging. I noticed that this antenna has better reception than all the other three antennas I have. I would recommend this antenna to anyone who has a CB radio in a mobile setup.

I was looking for a long antenna for a Freightliner Cascadia with a bird perch mount bolted to the lower transom. 5.5 feet was a good choice. better performance than center-loaded antennas. Actually it works better than Wilson 2000 Trucker, Monkey made mm-9 and K-40.18 ft from RG-8, new mount and SWR 1-1:3. CB TV and Stereo fed from the same antenna.

Revain wants me to mention transparency stretch and value for money so let me say the antenna is flat black I would say not very transparent it bends - I would not saying it stretches and not a bad price considering they ship a long antenna. With everything that was said out of the box, this antenna was perfect. i love the length Perfect for my needs. I just run a little ol' Uniden, but that's walking the dog and kicking the kitty! 10-4? Oh, and bonus Made in the USA! I am silent again.

High SWR Out of the Box! Over 3.0! I took a 5ft Firestick, it was 1.7 out of the box and I was able to easily set it to 1.2 per channel. I must have a bad Francis because that's not what most people experience with these antennas. I can't go back because I'm on my way again. Apparently quality control should have caught that!
