Saved a few bucks compared to buying the brand name at Orange or Blue hardware stores. They look a little lighter, but look the same. A hardware bag only had one screw so I was short.

I thought they could just do it, screws, and not go through the door. I was wrong. Now I have two holes on the other side of the bathroom door. I had to buy new smaller screws to secure them.

Great hooks - I love octopus hooks. However, they are much darker than in the picture - somewhere between antique brass and oiled bronze. I wanted the hooks to match something else in the room and thought it would match, but no.

When installing one of them, a screw broke. Yes, you understood me correctly - the screw actually broke when screwing it in. As a result part of the screw is stuck in the wall and I cannot remove it as the head of the screw is broken. They don't make them like they used to.

They look good and are almost perfect. My only issue is that the screws that come with the kit are too long and go through the door. If you mount on the wall, everything is fine. However, if you are mounting on a door, please use a shorter screw. I've had a lot of shorter screws, so that's not a problem.

These are attractive and very durable hooks. The brushed nickel is very pretty. I gave them four stars because the screws, while attractive, are almost two inches long! I nearly breached my pantry door from the front using the first hook. To put it mildly, it's overkill. What were they thinking?

I found them inadequate for hanging items on my bathroom wall. The prongs are too short to be useful and aren't very attractive anyway. Find others and think about what exactly you want to use them for before you buy them. They don't hold bulky items or anything real. Wet cloth? Forget it. The headband is ok but you can't fold it much if needed.

The hooks look good and seem to have an ok load capacity. Time will tell how well they hold up. However, the screws are crap. I broke 2 screw heads while installing 10 hooks with a level 1 torque screwdriver. It hurts to pull the broken screws out of the wood. These screws should be slowly tightened at the end of hand tightening. I'm sure these bolts won't stand up to abuse, so prepare better bolts or install these hooks with heavier bolts first.

Exactly as pictured, good quality, I have used these for low/baby coat hooks because the low profile is safer (e.g. around children from to keep away from big hooks). that stick out at eye level) - but be aware that the screws are longer than you might expect - the screws are just under 1.5" long, making them great for screwing into a rack, but that's more than the thickness of the most interior doors - So if you need to find shorter brown screws on the door (so you don't go straight through…
