I really needed this for my bathroom remodeling project but it was a week late and broke. They had to wrap it in bubble wrap and put it in a box. I'm assuming it's made out of some kind of resin so it might break. It would look nice and was exactly what I was looking for, but I couldn't find it at any local store.

I just painted the entire first floor of my ranch. To give an updated look I bought this socket cover design to complete the look. They are well made, without flaws, light weight, don't look heavy and anyone can trade old ones for them. Individually wrapped to avoid damaging the front in transit. Just that little extra touch made a big difference. Many styles to choose from.

I've updated all the covers in my house and they look great! For a small initial investment, they make a big difference. Much more elegant. Have a few longer screws handy as some of them won't quite fit. I just used old screws from old boards. I had no problem removing the paint from the panel with a screwdriver. Don't rush and you won't have any problems.

Not nearly as good as the Brainerd brand from the hardware store. The design fits perfectly, but it's cheap plastic with cheap paintwork, while the original is made of wood particles. There is very little flex in this device. Even slightly tightening one of the screws cracked and blistered the paintwork. I will avoid this brand at all costs.
