🎨 Fredrix 16x20-Inch Stretched Watercolor Canvas: Ideal Surface for Mastering Watercolor Techniques Review

I received a 14" x 18" canvas. I go because I like these canvases and the quality is good for watercolors but don't buy this particular size because it is inaccurate.

I have been using Fredrix watercolor canvas as an artist for 8 years. This is the best you can buy. One reason is that it's stapled all over the back, not just at the corners like some products have, so there's no creases.

This stretched canvas is less than 2.5cm thick which would look odd as a standalone painting. Should be discarded. But the worst design is that instead of super hard tension wood, they built a support right in the middle of the canvas, which causes uneven stains and creases in the drawing, and when painting, the brush or palette knife falls off the edge of the canvas.
