For very oily hair and scalp.

For very, very oily scalp. I have a burning, itchy, very red, irritated scalp, but not greasy. It's very dry. This only exacerbated the problem. I'm sure this is a good product for allergy sufferers but make sure your scalp and hair are oily. This product can really dry out the scalp and hair. Read all instructions before purchasing. The first time I used it was great. The second time my scalp was so dry I could hardly comb my hair. I'm sure it works great on very oily hair and scalp. I really…

Is this shampoo really suitable for sensitive skin?

Unfortunately I cannot give this shampoo a positive rating! I haven't used a shampoo this harsh since the 1950's. It robbed my hair and scalp of all moisturizer, I felt my hair was so sweetly clean it broke. I used it a second time to be on the safe side (along with the matching conditioner); I don't know why, but back then I had a lot of loose hair. gel works very well. I have thick long straight hair and it helps keep my hair from frizzing a bit and lasts all day when used with Free and Clear heavy hold hairspray. I really don't think the shampoo was made for thick hair and it's a little harder to wash out. It takes twice as much to get good lather, and even that takes some work, especially if you've used gel or hairspray. Air conditioning is fine. in general it is good for contact dermatitis problems.
