The material is very thin but the windbreaker-like material on the outside keeps my boys really warm. Bought 2 pieces in different sizes

Was very disappointed with this jacket, it's waterproof and nice material on the outside but is advertised as a winter jacket and for $70 you would initially expect more. This coat is very thin, more like a spring jacket, a raincoat, well, not warm enough for any weather below 50 degrees, there is no insulation in the coat at all. I thought we got a good deal off the tee but the picture is deceptive.

I was looking for a thin/light jacket for my son for moderate autumn temperatures until it was time for a winter coat. The coat was exactly what I was looking for in terms of weight, but I was disappointed with the nature of the material of the inner lining - it's like a flat 'fleece' of felt that everything sticks to, especially our 2nd daughter's hair yellow labradors - as it was, and came with all the fluff, already brand new. Switch to a different coat.
