The product itself is fine and I assume it will work as intended if your cat actually climbs in. My cat is struggling to figure out how to use it and after having it for over a month she still hasn't sat in it once! I tried putting food and catnip in it to cheer it up and it ended up underneath, not inside! She is special. If nothing else, it was at least worth a few laughs.

Easy assembly, if you are intuitive, it took me less than 30 minutes to assemble. Instructions are TERRIBLE written, font is small, small images, broken English. I would place the bolts with the nuts facing out, away from your cat. (as suggested in another review) The instructions state that the screws should be installed with the pointed end inside the hammock, which can be potentially dangerous for your cat.

Pretty big little hammock and our Felix fell in love with it immediately. For that price I could buy two of these compared to a nationwide pet store. The metal is light and black, and the fabric is just the right thickness for it to rest and wash when needed. It stays together well when Felix uses it and it stays together compared to cat beds in a folding leg hammock. I'm glad I got it because he loves it, but more importantly it stays in place while I'm making video calls.

First, the holes do not match. Make it brittle if you put the holes where they line up (rather than where they should be). It probably doesn't make sense, but if you slide the bars all the way into each other, the holes won't line up where you need to rotate them. Secondly, there is only a cheap screwdriver here. First of all, the instructions read really crazy. From the photos I understood how to assemble it. But the wording just didn't make sense. Second is assembly by threading the bolts into the frame from the outside so the nuts are on the inside. Regardless of how you turn the screws, you can feel the screws or nuts through the fabric at the top of the hammock. It was good to get together. I connected the top ring and sides and lightly tightened the screws. Then I screwed on the leg supports…
