Suitable for Mazda

I changed the timing chain for Mazdaspeed and some other related parts. Worked great to keep the crank and cams at top dead center.

Pros
  • Ford and Mazda ZETEC SE 1.6L 16V 1.8L 16V 2.0L 16V engines and also for use with 1.4L 1.6L diesel engines 1.8L 1.9 D/TD/TDCi.

Great levels at a good price.

I bought this kit because the price was negligible but when I got the alignment tools I saw the quality. They worked very well which made the purchase even better. Thanks.

Good for the price but better spend more and get all

I have never repaired the timing chain on this type of engine and found it necessary to do the job. It worked fine for the most part, but the pin to stop the crankshaft didn't work, it was too long. A guide would be nice too.

Works great in timing belt tools

Reliable set that has almost everything you need. I'm a former Mazda technician and used OEM shop tools to work on the timing chain. I used this kit to change the chain on a Mazdaspeed 6 and was impressed at how identical it was to the dealer tools. A must if you are removing chains from a Ford 2.0 or 2.3 engine.
