I love that it is easy to use, has a great customer support team, and allows me to manage my freight from anywhere in the world with ease. It can be a little bit expensive (although there are cheaper options out there). I also dislike that the platform is not available everywhere. I like the ability to track all my shipments via one platform, that allows me to view my shipment status and receive notifications when they are released from different ports. It also can be accessed via mobile app which is great since I don't use my computer every day. The user interface could maybe be more streamlined especially for new users.
