I love that it is easy to use, has a great customer support team, and allows me to manage my freight from anywhere in the world with ease. It can be a little bit expensive (although there are cheaper options out there). I also dislike that the platform is not available everywhere. You need to pay extra if you want it in multiple countries. Not much to dislike about this product. If you want to have a system in place that will allow your business to ship goods around the globe easily, then this is the right fit for you. I am able to track shipments and receive notifications when items are shipped and arrive at their destination. This helps keep up with our inventory levels.
