Excellent product and easy user interface

The ability to be able get hold information quickly is excellent, as well having quick access when required for our business needs. It may not have that many bells an whistles but it has served us extremely effectively since implementation at least 6 months ago! I wish there could've been more training available especially if you're new or inexperienced - this would definitely help ease any issues we might encounter during its use (ease-of usage/training). We can now easily see who's coming…
