Very helpful, organized and easy to use program

I like that this program gives me all of my different carriers along with their rates so once i choose one it's easy! It makes everything very organized which helps out alot when you run into issues or need help. The only thing about this website/program we are currently having problems using at work sometimes doesn't load completely correctly especially if there aren’t enough people working together as well then some things don not show up but overall good programs!! Keeps us updated regarding

  • Good price points (i used free trial)
Cons
  • Sometimes hard too keep contact info straight
  • Not intuitive compared other sites such As FedEX Tracor DHL Or USPS(my old site)
  • Some features were confusing / difficultTo navigate through
  • But eventually figured those itemsOut easily after several uses thoughI'd recommend

Great Application for tracking cross-functional shipment transactions!!

We use FWRIGHT Wise as our main transportation tool across all of our warehouses/facilities within Canada & US locations which allows us fast access into data that we need at any given time without having to go through multiple databases or 3rd party apps such as APC Software etc.. Nothing really comes to mind but it's very easy to navigate around using this application allowing me quick responses when needed! It would be nice if they could have an easier way of viewing historical pricing…

Pros
  • Flexible in functionality with great user interface for users who don’t know tech lingo, i find myself learning more everyday from these tools provided by freightwise!! Highly recommend them especially considering how much money is used up shipping goods throughout North America every day!!! The staffs here do care alot too unlike other companies where sometimes
