I bought these on a whim as I love making French presses at work and use them every day now. Love this product I use it to make cold coffee on the countertop in a wide neck jug with a lid. In this filter bag I pour 1 cup of ground coffee and add it to 6 cups of cold (filtered) water. I either encountered a defective filter pack or a design flaw. The side of the bag where you pull the laces to close it has a notched corner. Some of the cut corners are actually included in the packaging. So pulling the string to close the bag leaves a coin-sized hole for coffee grounds to float out of, defeating the purpose of the bag. It's hard to rate because it works but the bag is small - I like it I like it better no I have to stow coffee grounds on a cruise ship (I bring my own press) but I think the bag should be a bit higher because I feel coffee doesn't float that easily in this bag.
