Starts a small new review

Bought for my daughter for photo day at school. She couldn't wear it because it runs small and doesn't stretch to the material. The fabric was stiff and uncomfortable.

Pros
  • Bought this for my two daughters 7/8 and 14. 7/8 fit a little for one of them but 14 fit the other.
Cons
  • The dress may not be the best value for money compared to other similar products on the market.

Pretty thick dress

Pretty dress! The fabric is thicker so I assume that although it was bought for a summer photoshoot she can wear it to go back to school in early fall (should they go?). She is 8 years old but you are everything for her age so I chose size 12. This size fits me. But it doesn't look like a play dress. After all, that's not what I bought it for. No buttons, no seams. It's also a belt and tie which is nice.

My daughter loves this!

My little girl loves this dress! She likes to pretend to be Jane Goodall or run her own clinic/wildlife rescuer and she feels like she looks like wearing it. Normally she only wants to wear knit dresses because we definitely prefer very soft clothes, but she said it doesn't bother her and looks cool enough for her to wear often. So far she has kept that promise. So if you have aspiring little wildlife rescuers in your family, they will probably like this dress if they play the role.

So she says that the day was enough

My daughter needed this uniform as part of her wax museum school costume. It fit her very well. The hem fell just above her knees, just like we hoped. She is 54 inches tall and weighs 68 pounds. The sleeves fit well enough to be worn during the day, but she reports that the sleeves don't give you the room to fully stretch your arms. If you intend to make a lot of socks out of this I would suggest going up a size to allow room for growth and potential post-wash shrinkage. My daughter only had to
